TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

Company“, “we“, “us“, “our” means Linkbound Administrative Support Services, a company registered in the Philippines (Company Registration Number 8005101).

Platform” means the website www.2milliontipping.com and any associated mobile application or service operated by the Company.

Competition” means any tipping competition, prediction contest, or related promotional event hosted or facilitated by the Company on the Platform or through a Sportsbook Partner.

Entry” means a set of tips or predictions submitted by a Participant in respect of a Competition.

Participant” or “you” means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and enters one or more Competitions.

Sportsbook Partner” means any third-party sportsbook, betting operator, or sports platform with which the Company has a commercial arrangement to host or facilitate Competitions.

Prize” means any cash, credit, merchandise, or other reward offered to winners of a Competition, as specified in the applicable Competition Rules.
“Competition Rules” means the specific rules, entry requirements, prize structure, and other terms applicable to an individual Competition, as published on the Platform at the time of entry.

Sporting Event” means any real-world sporting fixture, match, race, or event on which a Competition is based.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the Platform, you confirm that you:
• Have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Have provided accurate and truthful information during registration; and
• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registration, and participation in Competitions. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 22.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country of residence to register and participate. The general minimum age is 18 years. However, higher minimum ages apply in certain jurisdictions:
• Philippines: you must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR);
• Any other jurisdiction where local law sets a higher minimum age: that higher age applies.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where tipping competitions and/or the Company’s services are lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or any Competition is lawful in all jurisdictions.

The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform or any Competition in any jurisdiction at any time, including where it determines that legal or regulatory requirements cannot be satisfied.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to participate in any Competition:
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and agents of the Company or any Sportsbook Partner, and their immediate family members;
• Any person who is subject to a self-exclusion order or who has been banned from gambling or competition participation by any relevant regulatory authority;
• Any person acting on behalf of another person who is ineligible;
• Any person whose account has been suspended or terminated by the Company;
• In the Philippines: government officials and members of the Armed Forces and Philippine National Police, as restricted by PAGCOR regulations.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Participant may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the disqualification of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Prizes.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in Competitions, you must register an account on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, date of birth, and country of residence. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at marketing@2milliontipping.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Verification

The Company may, at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, or location by providing supporting documentation (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of your account or withholding of any Prize pending verification.

4.4 No Transfer of Accounts

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

5.1 Competition Rules

Each Competition is subject to these Terms and the specific Competition Rules published on the Platform at the time of entry. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Competition Rules, the Competition Rules will prevail in relation to that specific Competition. By submitting an Entry, you agree to the applicable Competition Rules.

5.2 Entry

Entries must be submitted via the Platform in accordance with the Competition Rules. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. The Company reserves the right to reject any Entry that does not comply with the Competition Rules or these Terms.

Where an Entry fee applies, it will be clearly stated in the Competition Rules before you submit your Entry. Entry fees are non-refundable except as set out in Section 5.7 (Cancelled or Void Competitions).

5.3 Tipping and Predictions

Competitions require Participants to submit tips or predictions regarding the outcomes of Sporting Events. Tips must be submitted before the deadline specified in the Competition Rules. Late submissions will not be accepted. Once submitted, tips may not be amended or withdrawn unless expressly permitted by the Competition Rules.

5.4 Determination of Results

Competition results are determined based on the accuracy of Participants’ tips against the actual outcomes of the relevant Sporting Events. The scoring methodology applicable to each Competition will be set out in the Competition Rules. The Company’s determination of results is final and binding, subject to Section 5.5.

5.5 Disputes Regarding Results

If you believe there has been an error in the determination of a Competition result, you must notify the Company in writing at marketing@2milliontipping.com within 7 days of the result being published. The Company will investigate and respond within 14 days. The Company’s decision following such review is final.

5.6 Tiebreakers

Where two or more Participants achieve the same score, the Competition Rules will specify the applicable tiebreaker procedure. Where no tiebreaker procedure is specified, the Company may, at its discretion, divide the relevant Prize equally among tied Participants or apply such tiebreaker method as it considers fair and reasonable.

5.7 Cancelled or Void Competitions

The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or void any Competition at any time, including where:

• A significant number of the underlying Sporting Events are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned;
• There is evidence of widespread cheating, collusion, or technical error affecting the integrity of the Competition;
• Participation falls below the minimum threshold required to sustain the Prize pool; or
• The Company is required to do so by law or regulation.

In the event of cancellation or voiding, any Entry fees paid will be refunded to the relevant Participants’ accounts. The Company will not be liable for any further loss or inconvenience arising from a cancellation.

5.8 Postponed or Abandoned Sporting Events

Where a Sporting Event on which a Competition is based is postponed or abandoned, the Company will apply the rules set out in the applicable Competition Rules. In the absence of specific rules, the Company may at its discretion exclude the affected event from scoring, void the affected tips, or reschedule the relevant part of the Competition.

6. Prizes

6.1 Prize Pool

The Prize pool and prize structure for each Competition will be set out in the Competition Rules. Prizes are subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 3. The Company reserves the right to withhold any Prize pending identity and age verification.

6.2 Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified by email to the address registered on their account within a reasonable time after results are confirmed. You must claim your Prize within 90 days of notification. Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited and may be retained by the Company or redistributed at the Company’s discretion.

6.3 Prize Payment

Prizes will be paid via the method specified in the Competition Rules or as agreed between the Company and the winner. The Company does not store credit card or bank account information. Where bank transfer is required, winners will be asked to provide payment details at the time of claim through a secure process.

6.4 Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other charges arising from the receipt of a Prize in their jurisdiction. The Company will not withhold or remit tax on behalf of winners except where required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to declare Prize winnings to the relevant tax authority in your country of residence.

6.5 Non-Transferability of Prizes

Prizes are personal to the winner and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash (unless the Prize is already cash or credit), except with the prior written consent of the Company.

6.6 Sportsbook Partner Prizes

Where a Prize is provided by or credited through a Sportsbook Partner, additional terms and conditions of that Sportsbook Partner may apply. The Company will endeavour to notify winners of any such additional terms at the time of Prize notification.

7. Fees and Payments

Some Competitions may require payment of an Entry fee. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed in the Competition Rules before you submit your Entry. Entry fees are charged in the currency specified in the Competition Rules.

The Company does not process or store any credit card, debit card, or banking information directly. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers, who operate under their own terms and security standards.

In the event of a dispute regarding a payment, you should contact us at marketing@2milliontipping.com. The Company will work with the relevant payment provider to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

8. Sportsbook Partners

The Company promotes and facilitates Competitions in partnership with Sportsbook Partners. The Company acts as a competition promoter and organiser; it is not itself a licensed sportsbook or betting operator.

Interactions with Sportsbook Partner platforms — including placing bets, depositing funds, or withdrawing winnings — are governed by the Sportsbook Partner’s own terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for, and has no liability in connection with, your use of any Sportsbook Partner platform.

The Company does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or reliability of any Sportsbook Partner’s services. Where a Sportsbook Partner ceases operations or is unable to fulfil a Prize obligation, the Company will use reasonable efforts to find an alternative arrangement but does not guarantee that a Prize will be paid in full.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, disqualification from any Competition, and forfeiture of any Prize:
• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other time;
• Participating if you are ineligible under Section 3;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to submit Entries or gain any unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Participants to manipulate Competition results;
• Match fixing, corruption, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of a Sporting Event or Competition;
• Attempting to access another Participant's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with the Platform or any Competition;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activity;
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.

The Company reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent, illegal, or integrity-threatening conduct to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, competition formats, software, and databases, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

Your submission of an Entry does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. However, by submitting tips and participating in Competitions, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and publish your username and Competition
results for promotional and operational purposes.

11. User Conduct and Content

Where the Platform allows you to post content (such as comments, messages, or public tips), you are solely responsible for that content. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, harassing, misleading, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the operation of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that it considers to be in breach of these Terms or otherwise inappropriate, without notice.

12. Privacy

The Company’s collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.2milliontipping.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or Sportsbook Partner platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. The Company has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.

14. Disclaimers

14.1 Platform Availability

The Company aims to make the Platform available at all times but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. The Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform unavailability.

14.2 Accuracy of Information

While the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that information on the Platform is accurate and up to date, it does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Sporting event data, odds, and results are sourced from third parties, and the Company accepts no liability for errors in such data.

14.3 No Guarantee of Winnings

Participation in Competitions does not guarantee any Prize or winnings. Competition outcomes depend on the accuracy of your tips relative to actual Sporting Event results and those of other Participants. Past performance in Competitions is not indicative of future results.

14.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. In particular:
• Australian residents: the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit those guarantees.
• UK and EU residents: you retain your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the right to remedies where our services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.
• Canadian residents: applicable provincial consumer protection legislation applies and is not excluded by these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you in connection with the Platform or any Competition — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of:
• The total Entry fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD 100 (or the equivalent in local currency).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage;
• Any loss arising from the cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of a Sporting Event;
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of any Sportsbook Partner or third party;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

These limitations apply even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of loss — in those jurisdictions, the Company’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and Sportsbook Partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• Your use of the Platform or participation in any Competition;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• Any content you post on the Platform.

17. Responsible Participation

The legal classification of tipping competitions varies by jurisdiction. In jurisdictions where our Competitions are subject to gambling regulation — including the Philippines and Canada — we are committed to supporting responsible participation.

We encourage all Participants to participate responsibly and within their means. If you feel that your participation is becoming problematic, or if you wish to set participation limits or self-exclude, please contact us at marketing@2milliontipping.com. We will work with you to implement appropriate measures.

Where required by applicable gambling regulations, we may impose participation limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion at your request or as directed by a competent regulatory authority. The Company may also impose such measures on its own initiative where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant’s behaviour is problematic.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

18.1 Suspension or Termination by the Company

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
• You breach these Terms or the Competition Rules;
• We suspect fraud, cheating, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory direction;
• You have not used your account for an extended period and we have been unable to contact you; or
• We decide, in our sole discretion, to discontinue offering the Platform or any Competition.

Where your account is suspended or terminated due to your breach of these Terms, any Prize or credit balance in your account may be forfeited. Where the Company terminates your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any confirmed Prize will be paid out in accordance with Section 6.

18.2 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at marketing@2milliontipping.com. Account closure does not affect any outstanding Competition Entry or Prize claim that was validly submitted or notified before closure.

19. Force Majeure

The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, pandemic, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, or the failure of third-party systems or services.

In such circumstances, the Company will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate any affected Competition arrangement, and any Entry fees paid in respect of that Competition will be refunded.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

However, nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or overridden by a choice of law clause. In particular:
• Australian residents may rely on rights under Australian Consumer Law;
• UK and EU residents retain rights under applicable consumer protection legislation;
• Canadian residents retain applicable provincial consumer protection rights;
• US residents in certain states may have rights under applicable state consumer protection laws.

21. Dispute Resolution

21.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first at marketing@2milliontipping.com so that we can try to resolve it informally. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

21.2 Formal Proceedings

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally within 30 days of your complaint being submitted, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

21.3 Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers in the UK and EU have the right to access alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. Consumers in Australia may refer unresolved complaints to applicable ADR bodies. The Company will cooperate with any such process in good faith.

21.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claims against the Company will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

22. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address registered on your account) and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 18.2. Any Competition Entry submitted before the effective date of updated Terms will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of submission.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Competition Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to your use of the Platform and participation in Competitions. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties in relation to that subject matter.
